Supporters and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State have demonstrated renewed confidence in the current administration by purchasing and presenting Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms to the governor.
The forms were procured by a coalition of party leaders, stakeholders, and concerned citizens who expressed strong belief in the administration’s “People-First” governance philosophy and its development strides under the widely referenced “Season of Sweetness.”
Receiving the forms, the governor expressed deep humility and gratitude, describing the gesture as more than symbolic support, but a clear endorsement of the administration’s vision and achievements so far.
According to the governor, the move reflects a shared commitment among party faithful and citizens to sustain ongoing reforms, strengthen institutions, and expand opportunities across the state.
He noted that while significant progress has been made in infrastructure development, governance reforms, and social impact initiatives, more work remains to be done to fully realize the state’s potential.
The governor further assured supporters of his commitment to consolidating existing gains and delivering greater impact across all sectors, emphasizing unity and collective effort as key drivers of future success.
The development is seen by political observers as an early indication of strong intra-party backing ahead of the next electoral cycle in the state.
