The Cross River State Government has declared Stake.com an unlicensed gaming operator in the state, warning residents against engaging with the platform.
The declaration was made by the Cross River State Lotteries and Gaming Agency in collaboration with the Federation of State Gaming Regulators of Nigeria (FSGRN).
According to the report, the regulatory authorities said Stake.com does not have the required licence from the Cross River State Lotteries and Gaming Agency to operate gaming activities within the state.
