The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Cross River State on Youth Development Amb. Dr. Julius kijuo KSJI, fondly called "Political Star Boy" by friends and associates, has received a delegation from a formidable group BOKI THIRD FORCE.
The group, whose membership drawn from political Appointees, Councilors and activists, cuts across the eleven Wards of Boki.
Speaking, the leader Mr. Chris Bisong, disclosed that the group is a Socio- Political organization whose agenda is to pursue Boki Development, peace and to support leaders who have distinguished themselves for selfless service and Boki Development in general.
Bisong Stated that the group intentionally chosed to honor and identify with Dr. Julius kijuo because of his quality leadership as demonstrated philanthropist gesture, his interest in Youth Development and Consistent contributions towards Boki development.
In his remarks, Comr. Roland Abang former Aspirant in the Just Concluded Apc Primaries, Eulogized Dr. Kijuo, saying that he has been able to manifest the season of Sweetness through selfless service, lending Assistance to fellow young people, human capital development and his accessibility while also contributing to the growth and peace of Boki.
Other speaker who spoke eulogized Dr Kijuo. They include the Director Ikom Urban, Ms Susan Odu; Hon. Zita Tawo(Councilor Ogeb Ward); Mr. Mike Njagu (Ward Coordinator of Renewed Hope) and Mrs Ijioma Robert Ewa etc. They thanked Dr.kijuo for all he has been doing.
In his response, Dr. Kijuo, who was obviously overwhelmed by the surprise Visit, Thanked the group for finding him Worthy. According to him, it is uncommon group with special agenda.
"I feel surprised for this honor. I will support your genuine agenda so long as it is centered on the general growth of Boki. I am really overwhelmed, Little did I know that my little efforts towards the development of our people, has been noticed", Kijuo added.
The S.A further disclosed that anything that has to do with the general growth of Boki, he is ever ready.
"I will stand by you all and Boki will continue to experience peace and better Development. I also encourage to Visit other leaders with the vigor and unity of purpose. I hereby dedicate this honor to my Boss, His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, the Executive Governor of Cross River State, who gave me the opportunity to serve.
