Cross River State Police Command has called on residents across the state to make use of its emergency phone lines and complaint channels to report crimes, suspicious movements and other security issues.
The Command said security is everyone's responsibility and urged members of the public to work closely with the police by providing timely information that can help prevent crime and protect lives and property.
Residents who need urgent police assistance can contact the Command through its emergency lines on 07041777060 and 07053355415.
The Police Complaint Response Unit (CRU), where members of the public can report complaints against police officers or seek assistance, can be reached on 08137083052 and 08134096900.
For enquiries through the Police Public Relations Office (PPRO), residents can call 07067977330 or 09058273057.
The Command also encouraged the public to reach it through its official Cross River State Police Command Facebook Messenger page and its official X (Twitter) handle, @CRS_PoliceNG.
The Police headquarters is located at Diamond Hill, Calabar.
The Command urged residents not to ignore suspicious activities in their communities, stressing that prompt reports from the public remain an important part of efforts to tackle crime and improve security across Cross River State.
