Frank Daniel has received a Special Recognition Award from the 17th Senate of the Student Union Government (SUG) of the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), in recognition of his support, commitment and contributions to the student leadership.
Daniel was honoured on Saturday, September 26, 2026, by the 17th Unslied Assembly of the UNICROSS Student Union Government.
The award certificate, presented under the courtesy of Dist. Sen. Oboma George Ibor, Senate President of the 17th Unslied Assembly, described the recognition as an “Award of Special Recognition.”
According to the certificate, the honour was presented to Daniel “in recognition of your continuous support, unwavering commitment, and invaluable contributions towards the success of the leadership.”
Daniel, a graduate of UNICROSS and an APC stalwart, expressed his appreciation to the university community and the student leadership for the recognition.
He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that positively affect young people, touching lives and contributing to the development of society.
Daniel is also the convener of efforts focused on combating drug abuse among youths in Boki and Cross River State, as part of his broader youth and community-oriented activities.
The recognition by the 17th UNICROSS SUG Senate highlights Daniel's continued relationship with his alma mater and his involvement in supporting student leadership and youth-focused initiatives.
